Curious how this compares to the White Falcon. What made you decide to pick this one over the WF? Was it price or other differences?

This is an electromatic, it is $1299 due largely to the pickups. A black or white falcon is $3000. This is manufactured in China, but I have two gretsch China models and they are great. This model is more expensive than the other electromatic again due to pickups and some of the other appointments

@@romeou4965 Sure, but not always. The WF Player's Edition is in fact a semi-hollow guitar. Also, there must be more to it to justify the 2x price?

@@woutersamaey8574 Sweetwater shows G6136TG to be fully hollow. Plus players edition Japan labor and quality also demands a premium.
