You're either a troll or a total dumbass, but either way I feel this stupid post deserves some clarifying. There's nothing generic about the HOOVER sound you're complaining about. The analog synthesizers that can make the HOOVER sound are rare as rocking horse shit; such as the Alpha Juno 1, where the HOOVER is a preset. Many attempts have been made to recreate the original synthesis in soft synth and hard synth form. There's tons of instructions on how to synthesize it. It even has it's own wiki page. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoover_sound Finally, it's actually part of the "Human Resource - Dominator" song that's being mixed.
