Enjoy...a few tips..take yr time at his grave..you can sit on a step opposite and take it in..send him my love...in the jungle room remember he cut his last 2 albums there ... 3 big hits... standing for the most part on the steps down into the room from by the cctv monitors....you'll hear him if u let yr imagination go...and sadly as u go thru the front door look up to the small window above ...the other side of which being where he left us just above yr head when u step inside.....and send a prayer to Lisa as well ...thrilled for u and it family

The best actors don't write their own lines. It's how they interpret them... Elvis is a master interpreter of not just the lyrics. He knew how he wanted the music, too. Just watch the rehearsal footage. Watch his body language in the live shows. No one else could do that. Awesome.

Have a great time at Graceland, I have been there 6 times: 2001, 2002, 2007, 2014, 2016 and 2022. It never gets old, always something new to see. I especially come for Elvis the Concert when it does comes out. If Graceland ever open up the second floor; you can bet that I will be there in a heartbeat. Always wanted to see the second floor and the very spot that Elvis left Earth.

Aww Ray, I’m so glad you are going to Graceland. I went in 1992 from Melbourne to LAX then to Memphis. Stayed near Beale Street and had the best time. Don’t laugh but I felt like an intruder in the house but the Meditation garden brought tears and the Trophy room is fabulous. Also went on the Lisa Marie plane. You will love it. I walked along Beale Street, and know this is where Elvis bought his clothes from Lansky Brothers. Enjoy it Ray. Cheers from Australia ❤️

Enjoy and drink in every minute. You can visit the meditation garden in the morning before the tours start up. I believe from 7:30 to 8:30. Less crowded & not rushed compared to the time you are provided during the tour. You will feel his spirit. The achievement room will take your br😮eath away. So hard to comprehend what Elvis accomplished during his short time on earth. Amazing talent, amazing person. Forever grateful God shared him with us!

I don't have "1" favorite ELVIS song because I love too many of his songs but "Let it be Me" is definitely in my top 10 ELVIS favorites. When he says the words "TELL ME" in this song, my knees go weak everytime!!! Enjoy Graceland & be sure to see the ELVIS auto & ELVIS costumes exhibits. you will be blown away.

this was a beautiful song, I am so glad you are going to Graceland, you will see what us fans have been saying and why. People seldom do the research about him and know nothing but want to bash him. I have been defending him since 1956 when i was 12 to the present day at 80 years old. there is this troll that wants to say Elvis is a racist and trolls me on every comment I post on any venue. If you go to Ray's playlist you will see the first reaction to " In The Ghetto " and then each song and reaction will follow...his reactions are amazing to watch...he throws in everything 😅 insightful observations....wisdom...rants for the haters...hilarious humor...oh and Ray's laughter is contagious too😅😅 I enjoy starting from his beginning and watching the progression of his respect ...and love for not only Elvis performances and singing but the human being he was...Ray's journey into Elvis is worth watching anytime.....ENJOY ! 💕🌻

Please spend more than a day in Memphis. Graceland alone will take most of a day. Must sees are Sun Records, where Elvis made his first recording, stand behind the microphone he used. Beale Street, home of the Blues and inspiration to Elvis. Lansky Brothers, clothier to the King. Located inside the magnificent Peabody Hotel. Try to be there to watch The Peabody Ducks make their entrance into the lobby fountain. Visit his birthplace in Tupelo. About 1 hr 45 minutes from Memphis. See the 2 room shotgun house his father built and where Elvis was born. Several memorials around the town honoring Elvis. Don’t leave without experiencing some Memphis BBQ! It is out of this world delicious!! Soak up everything Elvis while you are there!! Can’t wait to see your videos and your reactions!! Safe travel and God Bless 🙏

Have fun Ray! Eat at Vernon’s smokehouse in the plaza where you board but also Go to Marlowe’s For Barbecue too! An it is fun to watch the Ducks at the Peabody when then do their March it’s at 11am coming down a they leave at 5 pm. They March from the top floor roof down the elevator an across the lobby to the huge fountain area! An then they March at 5pm out of the fountain an go back up to the top floor for the night! It’s been going on over 90 yrs! They’re famous for doing this people come from all over to witness this! It’s too cute! An it’s true Lansky Brothers store is in the Peabody Hotel now. Be safe an have a great time! 😍👑❤️

You can’t stick the sticker on the grave, but you can leave it and they will catalog it along with his other keepsakes. It is a very emotional visit to Graceland. The tour absorbs you, so by the time you’re in the Meditation Garden, you are consumed with the love of Elvis and you just can’t hold back the tears. So, take handkerchiefs ♥️

Have a great trip. I recall going in 2007 and it was a pleasure. I did feel his spirit not going to lie. Specifically when one strolls going towards the back house where he gave that famous interview in 1960 after returning to the army. Also, when I had the headphones going into the mansion, it was an incredible feeling. Enjoy the memories. Lots to see and hear.

You will be able to take some pictures with a tour. My granddaughters had the best time last summer before going off to school 🏫. The movie was a duplicate of the inside of the house. Have fun. And perhaps you will have a layover on the second flight. Can’t wait to hear about your trip. A true part of history!
