Yes there was no information on the deluxe edition when this video was made that came out a few hours after even though the trailer advertised that edition not the collectors one. There will be a follow up video to this showing off the retailers.

I'm ordering it for switch, ps5 and xbox. Very excited and happy. I'm getting them from LRG.

I'm gutted about the collector's edition. I wanted it so badly but it costs £159 + £70 shipping. Ugh. No can do.

I hope they work on the fmv cutscenes to bring them up to date, that’s the only one thing which lets it down slightly but everything else is great

Yeah I also wish they can unlock the 30fps for the og graphics. I mean I get that they are trying to make it look retro but still unnecessary in my opinion

They aren’t trying though, it is. Running the OG at higher than 30 would not look anything like the OG. I don’t get frame rate people: it’s such a difference you have to complain but then pretend it doesn’t change anything.

In Europe, at least in Spain, it comes out in physical format on PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch. I already reserved it at GAME €34.99 on PS4. It hurts me that the PS4 version is only the standard version and does not have a deluxe version like the rest of the platforms. Here its release date is September 24, 2024 and it is distributed by Meridiem Games. We just have to wait for the announcement of Tomb Raider 4-5 Remastered, which I want to play on PS4 and hopefully it will also come out in physical format in the same way.

I'm definitely shooting for that $200 collector's edition.

i feel like there forcing us to pre order i don’t wanna order something that isn’t out for near enough a full year my main concern is what if it gets delayed some credit card companys only cover you for a year.😢

The pre-order period is so they know how many to make as there isn't a limit on how many there is just a limit on the time you have to buy

Which game version is on the disc? Is it with patch 2 or is it patch free? Or is the new patch 3 on the disc version?

It hasn't been said - however the pre orders are up until June - the bundles will start being manufactured then so they can be shipped with everything the discs will be the last things they put into the packages I would expect patch 3 to be released before the end of this pre-order period.

Aunque ahora revisándolo me doy cuenta que si lo pones en español, italiano, portugués, etc. aparece el logo europeo y si cambias el idioma a inglés se ve el logo americano

I'm excited, but I hope the physical cart will have all the updates & patches the digital version gets before its release. But I have a funny feeling it could turn out to be like MGS Vol 1 move where the physical cart will still need downloads, I hope not. I'll order the Deluxe Edition as I can't see myself paying for that expensive pistol version 😂. I would also like to see another collection that gives everything but the pistols. Anyway, thanks for the update.

Are you allergic to the internet? What's the issue with needing a patch? You shouldn't need one anyway, the first releases of the physical editions should be up to date patch wise. Any patches after the first physical release in the 12-18 months it takes LRG to manufacture the collectors editions, I doubt it will be added to the LRG release.

Collector's edition PC price in Hungary: 72 200 Ft + 57 700 Ft shipping. ( 186.52 EUR + 149,06 EUR shipping) uhm, okay.😅 I wanted to purchase it, as i really love this iconic game, and did all 269 achievements finally, but PC players only get a steam code??? They will only deliver next year: "THIS ITEM IS ESTIMATED TO BE READY TO SHIP DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH 2025."

I think "limited run games" just hate PC users. All their PC releases use steam codes instead of having the actual game on disc. What the fuck is the point of a physical edition if you still require an internet connection? Why only consoles users have the privilege of actually owning the game?

The collector’s edition looks cool, but it’s overpriced. Deluxe edition for me.

At first i was excited seeing this deluxe edition in your video... but a map book and a music voucher (presumably digital tracks) seriously? How about some more interesting collectible items like postcards, a fridge magnet, a keychain, a t-shirt, a baseball hat, a case for the switch, or something else cool etc. Kind of disappointing. I guess i will just buy the regular physical version.

The Soundtrack is a bit of dubious one as to what your actually getting as some places are listing digital download others physical CD and some places both depending on your region .

@@TheGameBreakersUK strange indeed. 1) physical CDs were cool in the 1990s but are now outdated . 2) digital downloads are not considered a "collectible" item. It's just a download and frankly has no value. Also strange to include a digital download considering people who are waiting to buy a "physical " version of the game clearly like "physical " things as opposed to digital downloads.

It will likely have up to patch 3 on disc. If patch 4 is released before the physicals (September) it will be a day one patch to inject patch 4 into the game.
