I just finished Uncharted 4 last night, and I was surprised by how amazing it looks

Nate having a brother should have never worked in a million years but they were able to make it work like it was planned from the beginning. People behind these games are really great story tellers

Totally agree! First time Sam shows up I was like "But why?!". But as the game proceeded I got really involved into and felt compassion about this brotherly relationship. Uncharted 4 has the most awesome character writing of all games imo! ❤

They had great chemistry stop hating.This movie was just the beginning I bet if there is gonna be a second movie fans will be very satisfied.This movie was just about them becoming the iconic character from the game and in the second I m sure they will do a better job

@@smoker5989 well I mean that's a bit dramatic. Assassin's Creed and Uncharted both first released in 2007. Between then and now there's been 24 Assassin's Creed games including the spin offs. That compared to the 6 Uncharted games there has been is very different. Same for call of duty, this year we are approaching the 20th cod. I'd appreciate another Uncharted game if its done right

Ended up playing Uncharted 4 by chance, best chance I ever took. Not much of a video game guy but all the Uncharted games are unmatched

There’s a huge gap they need to fill in like where was Sam when Nate first met sully and what happened after , would make for a good prequel game

IIRC Sam was in jail (not panama one) leaving Nate alone when he met Sully

This is every uncharted game Drake finds something related to a treasure Drake does stuff Drake destroys yet another lost ancient city

Well there is the classic tomb raiders what this game series was based off but can guess nearly everyone has played them by now.

Just finished uncharted 4 for the 3rd time. First time in my PS4 when it was released, second time on my PS5… because there was nothing else to play, and 3rd time on my PC, because I love the uncharted series. This goes to show that art direction with the right technology shows provides a timeless game that looks amazing to this day…

I only just recently competed the first game four times in a row followed by the sequel. Such a classic game and is so much *fun!* It also helped me cope while my dog, Merlin was ill and then passed away soon after. 💕

The zombie flip was crazy, super unexpected, but it still somehow made sense. And iirc correctly the game became a horror thriller with the zombies. Truly immersive

Wouldn't mind a sequel trilogy with Nathan's daughter and Nathan taken the role of Sully guiding his daughter into the world of treasure hunting and adventure.

@@pratikh7790 i would have liked to see a lara croft Nathan Drake crossover. But it has to be old lara croft when she carried herself like a boss. Have nathan drake run into her on an expedition. And have it where u switch between the 2 characters throughout the game. Or better yet, do one playthrough as lara and the next playthrough as drake. But this would definitely never happen.

These games made growing up so much better. I fell in love with history and unusual stories like Francis Drake thanks to these games

The thing I wonder is, how long did it take for Drake to meet Sam again after the orphanage, he seem to lived alone in Colombia before meeting with Sully..

I believe cutter breaking his leg was down to the voice actor being cast in The Hobbit as one of the dwarves so he needed a way out

I remember Uncharted 2 & 3 looking so realistic at the time. Number 4 puts those games to shame with how cartoony they look now

At first i wasn't so sure about Uncharted 4 child big bro level. After the end i was so blown away (my top 5 game of all time) i fell in LOVE ❤️ with the whole series again!

Uncharted 4 is hands down my favourite game in the whole franchise and maybe even my game ever (although Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor also rank pretty high on my list too)

Theme song of uncharted 4 is a masterpiece

this is a great recap of the uncharted story. I absolutely love uncharted and actually moved back over to a PS5 from my xbox just so I could replay all of the uncharted games.

I loved this so much, thank you for the nostalgia trips.

With that said, his irl VA is Scottish so maybe he's a migrant could be the new head canon 😅

Me personally I don't want a sequel, but instead a spiritual successor. A new IP with new lore and characters but has familiar Uncharted charm.

If you look at Zoran’s trucks and probably the tank, you’ll notice that they have the red star, meaning he is not only a psychopathic war criminal, but a SOVIET psychopathic war criminal

Uncharted is an Amazing game! Not only story-wise but also gameplay-wise it is such a simple mechanic. More realistic and not overwhelming there is nothing such as unlock this ability so u can defeat the final boss or even be able to damage him or the enemies taking low damage so u do a flashy combo the newer games have been very overwhelming hey do this that do flashy attacks and extremely long for no reason while Uncharted is just straight to the point, hey u want a side thing u can collect those treasures and ur side quests are ur trophies. Even Tomb Raider isn't as fun as this game even tho I like that franchise Uncharted is way better because of its simplicity.

Iirc Uncharted 3 and/or 4 had an interesting multiplayer that was a fun treat once in a while.

Uncharted golden abyss was my first game in the series. Too bad there not many games with its level of interaction

i havent played uncharted 3 for a long time and dont remember anything BUT... when i heard there was another lost anchent city in that game i thought to myself (i bet 1000 ainchent gold coins that nate will destroy it)

I thought the time gap between the first and second games was 2 years

I know the serie in every detail but I still enjoyed it

Apart from the fact that Tom Hollands movie completely butchered the characters of Nathan Drake and Sully, movie adaptions of video games will never be able to capture the full depth of meaning and nostalgia of these games.

Btw you missed the google map web game where you were looking for elena for this boat expedition but idk if it was official tho

The lost family member is a trope used to inject life into a series with nowhere else to go but it actually worked in this series. I really don't see it working in most types of media.

They have all been remastered from uncharted 1 to 3 and 4 and the The Lost Legacy the last 2 remastered to PS5 called uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection. The only one that was not remastered is the PSV golden abyss as that is for the PSV only.

They should definitely make an Uncharted game with the full complete timeline

Fact: every uncharted game ends with nate ranning to escape and safe his life...

Nice recap but where was Sam when Nate first meets Sully in UC3. They were both on the run for 2+ years under their new last name. This is the part by adding Sam as the mystery brother falls apart as it was never explained in UC4.
