I love this! Nothing beats the original Tomb Raiders style of music or levels (except a few notable ones). I'd love a graphical upgrade of the original plus these extra levels fitted in for PC or console. Same with other 4 PlayStation ones. Thanks again for another awesome video.

Yeah, but personally I think the most creative must be Atlantean Stronghold level. You circle around for any clues then in the end you come back to the main open area just to get to the lower level of the stronghold via the deep long pit 😮

Oh, the memories! I played this one a few times back in the day! Some parts I don’t remember much, but other parts are so familiar - the death pit with the alligators, the hanging bridges, the hidden secrets. Can’t wait till the spring to see how the first three games are on the switch. Hopefully the games will include all the dlcs.

@@stevenPCGaming Heartbeat sound, with the occasional screech. I recently did a speedrun of TR1, and Level 14 (Atlantis) was trial by fire 'cause of those bacon demons! My hands physically hurt by the time I got through it without dying! But I loved it! I also saw beta-testing footage where Lara could dual-aim. Man, I wish they'd kept that. Would've made my life so much easier. But, I'm not a mid-90s game programmer so what do I know?

Surely bring back some good memories:)

The one Tomb Raider I never got to play played every title aside this one sadly the AI seems kinda dumber then the first title but seem to hit way harder and I like that very challenging have to say love the Temple Of The Cat level that level was very well put together awesome job showing it off

Indeed, sometimes it is hard to know where to drop and land on. Since there's tiles that can make Lara on fire 😂

The croc's biting sound is hilarious. They used a ridiculous cartoon eating sound.

I like it 🙂 although the third level was full of traps. Today i will olay the last level. But one thing i would comment is that the three gold don't have any narrative cutscene , if someone doesn't go somewhere to read wouldn't know what Lara did on those adventures.

Yeah I was so confusing about why Lara goes there, or if it's the sequel of the current story. They didn't add the cutscene might be because it's not directed by the original director. 🤔

@@stevenPCGaming As far as I know the first two levels are supposed to be a "new adventure" where Lara checks on egypt again. The last two are supposed to be a continuation of the first game. Kinda what happens after Lara slides down the ramp (you can even tell that it's the same ramp.) I always thought that it was weird though that after everything Laras gone through in Atlantis (Cowboy, Skaterboy, Shotgun-Man, Natla, Torso) she still has the energy to kill about fifty atlantean mutants. Not to mention that everything seems perfectly chill in those levels even though Lara destroyed the scion. 🤣🤣

I've never played this, as I never did pc gaming. Is there a back story to it or anything? Or is it literally just some extra levels?

The Egypt levels is taken place after TR1. and the Atlantean levels takes place after the Great Pyramid level, showing how Lara manage to destroy the remaining Atlantean creatures and escape.

With brand new tomb1main, you can play without using dosbox or any other software. It comes with a unique application files make the game running more like PSX 😂

GG first i did not know about Unfinished Business very difficult than Tomb Raider1 ;D maybe i will dead many times :D

Okay so idk what happened but in the remastered version after I beat the main game I started unfinished business and it literally started me in level 3(I never played the classic tomb raider games) so I thought this was taking place after Lara beats the final boss at the end 😅

According to the story, Atlantean Stronghold should be the first level for the expansion. I mean , it makes sense, right? In the TR1 remastered the dev just correct the level order. 😂

as a Child i started Playing UB while i was still stuck in the greek level , UB where i got to know The Egyptian level the first time before taking the Literal slide Down to hell where the mummies turned to demons. I didnt get what was at the end of The Hive Level where it was Pitch black and the pillar in the middle If Lara managed to swim out of Hell. After getting back to get to the main game and passed the greek level and to egypt and wondered where did the water go and The gates of hell turned out to be a lost pyramid of an ancient power plant and couldnt have thought Natla was the Devil.

Does anyone know what mod that is? Showing the health bar of the enemies?

Not a mod actually, it's a community patch from TR community, which allows players to enjoy PSX features and extra added functions on PC 😄

I know it's the PC version as it is impossible to get it on the PS1 sadly - Like I said in my comment, I have completed the PS1 version of it. Despite it took me a while as there are 15 levels in there! Winning 15 levels is like winning One Million Pounds when you win 15 questions on WWTBAM.

I did TR1 Gold 100% Complete with only pistols and no medipack but with FMV Fan Made and Mod to add TR2 Lara with Braid and replace music. Level 3 and 4 is very challenging and give me heart attack from those jump scared mutant.

В третьем этапе баг есть. В самом начале, когда прыгаешь в дыру в пирамиде - там центральное отверстие загорожено прозрачными ширмами. Лара легко прыгает через них.

Меня больше удивил другой баг. На последнем уровне - Улей, есть физуальный баг, из-за которого после того, как разбиваются пустые колбы, возле них появляется часть модельки Лары. А именно, её таз.))

It only tells how Lara manage to escape from the lost island after sliding down the great pyramid. Then She seeks for Bastet in Temple of Cat. 😅
