Resipi
Bahan- bahan :
4 biji tomato
Sedikit gula merah
Sedikit garam
Sedikit daun ketumbar
Bahan yang perlu ditumbuk:
8- 10 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu kecil jintan putih
2 sudu kecil lada hitam
Bahan tumis :
Sedikit minyak bijan hitam ammani
7 cili kering bulat
Daun kari
1 sudu kecil biji sawi
1 biji bawang besar (hiris halus)
1 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
½ sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
Sedikit asam jawa(pilihan)
*larutkan bersama 2 cawan air
Saya tumis bahan-bahan semua menggunakan ‪@ammanimalaysia2116‬ tau Lebih uummpppphhhh masakan saya.
Cara memasak :
1. Rebus terlebih dahulu 3 biji tomato, belah sedikit pada kulit tomato seperti dalam video dan rebus dalam 30 saat. Kemudian angkat dan rendam seketika dalam bekas yang berisi air sejuk.
2. Kemudian, buang kulit tomato dan hancurkan menggunakan tangan. Ketepikan.
3. Lagi sebiji tomato potong dadu dan ketepikan juga.
4. Kemudian tumbuk bawang putih, lada hitam dan jintan putih. Tumbuk sehingga lumat. Ketepikan.
5. Sediakan periuk, masukkan minyak bijan hitam ammani biarkan ia panas. kemudian masukkan biji sawi, daun kari dan cili kering bulat. Kacau sehingga naik bau.
6. Masukkan bawang merah dan bahan yang di tumbuk tadi. Tumis sehingga naik bau.
7. Masukkan serbuk ketumbar, serbuk cili dan serbuk kunyit. Kacau lagi.
8. Masukkan tomato yang sudah hancur tadi. Kacau sehingga pecah minyak.
9. Kemudian, masukkan air asam jawa, gula merah dan garam. Kacau sebati dan biarkan reneh.
10. Akhir sekali, tutup api dan masukkan daun ketumbar. Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidang.

Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
A little brown sugar
Salt as needed
A little coriander leaves
Ingredients to be pounded:
8-10 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin seed
2 tsp black pepper
Stir-fry ingredients:
A little ammani black sesame oil
7 pcs round dry red chilli
Curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 onion (finely sliced)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
A little tamarind paste (optional)
*dissolve with 2 cups of water
Cooking method :
1. First, boil 3 tomatoes, split a little on the skin of the tomato as in the video and boil for 30 seconds. Then lift and soak for a while in a container filled with cold water.
2. Then, remove the tomato skin and crush it with your hands. Set aside.
3. Diced another tomato and set aside as well.
4. Then mash the garlic, black pepper and cumin seed. Mash until smooth. Set aside.
5. Prepare a pot, add Ammani black sesame oil and let it heat up. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and round dried chilies. Stir until aromatic.
6. Add onion and the ingredients that were mashed earlier. Saute until fragrant.
7. Then, add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder. Stir again.
8. Add the crushed tomatoes. Stir until the oil release.
9. Then, add tamarind water, brown sugar and salt. Stir well and let it simmer.
10. Finally, turn off the heat and add coriander leaves. Stir well and ready to serve.
