    I tried it today, it's its best of its kind. There is a philosophy called, 'Gustatory Memory' in food consumption. I kept getting this rasam's tast back to my thoughts every now and then for two decades as my mom used to prepare 10s of sambars and rasams in 70s through 90s. The version that you've shown here is one of them. Finally I could relish my mom's touch through your video here. Thanks, Bhat!     Omg..Chef, listen. I was restless until I made this. There was no Tur dhal at home and, I had to use roasted split mung dhal (வறுத்த, உடைத்த பாசிப்பயறு). The pepper jeeraa flavour is amazing. We are used to making any rasam with garlic. But, this is superb. Hats off to you, Chef for your lovely recipe. Many thanks. My rasam turned out to be great. I'm gonna make it with tur dhal soon, when I get some

    Melugu rasam that also kalyana melugu rasam as you had mentioned in your demo. Really I am used to eating rice with rasam variants, even melugju rasam especially prepared during monsoon time and cold season. Your recepe supercedes all. I tried this today and it was a fantastic rasam. Followed your demo ditto. I try and follow most of your recepes very confidently. Thank you once again for sharing this wonderful recepe 👍👍👍😊 😋

    I suffered from throat pain due to cold and thought of making melagu rasam.. So tried ur recipe and added a lil amount of kashmiri chilli powder and coriander powder... Everyone in family appreciated for making fantabulous rasam and I only had one karandi rasam left out to eat.. 😅 it was like a warm hug in my throat and was like a great relief for my throat pain..     I watch many of your videos In the recent video on pepper rasam you told that ஈய பாத்திரம் is made of lead metal. That is கார்ரியம் A small correction it is made of Tin metal that is வெள்ளியம். It is non toxic butut melts at low temperature. That is why we should not boil for long. As a Chemistry teacher I thought I need to tell this. I admire your passion

    Tur dhal flavour is totally different and, I love it. However, since I didnt have tur, I made it with roasted split mung. Flavour is not as good as tur. But, I really enjoyed the pepper/jeeraa flavours... Thanks, Chef

    Enga Amma solluvathu undo, rasamthai kotee varum time la stove off penuvanga, in 1960.la ,variety,s of rasam penuvanga.vedeh manakum.. no coriander at that time only curry leaves,n magimai kotamali than poduvanga. eppo kedaika kastama erukuthu.rombu arumaiya erukum..gone are the days.. M,sia.

    இன்னிக்கு நான் இந்த முறையில மிளகு ரசம் செய்தேன். மூன்று பூண்டு சேர்த்தேன். முடிக்கும் போது1/2 ஸ்பூன் நெய் விட்டு கேஸை அணைத்து விட்டேன். ஆஹா சாதம் போதவில்லை. அவ்வளவு அருமையாக இருந்தது. Thanks to Venkatesh Butt
