This guy, no wonder he is considered an american treasure. He is fantastic. I thought he was mr. big shot. But, he is sweet and humble and manly as hell too. Enjoy!

They gave Craig no money for a band etc but it just made his talent shine even more .. you only have to look at how many are still watching the show reruns , myself included, years after his time on the late late show ended

They have reruns somewhere?
Tom Selleck is a class act. He's handsome as heck, all man, sexy at any age, gracious, down to earth, a good sport as a guest, doesn't take himself too seriously. If there's a hall of fame for how to be a real man, he'd be the ultimate inductee.

Tom looks like that serious die hard cop/law enforcement officer who's tough and stern, who's actually likeable and smiles and laughs and breaks that image all the time lol.

Tom Selleck seems like such a genuine, nice guy. Impossible to dislike!
When I was a kid watching Magnum PI with the red Ferrari and Higgins and the Dobermans, I had no idea that one day I'd hear Tom Selleck discuss his colonoscopy in a television broadcast interview! Tom is brilliant and does a great interview.
@vinyltapelover
5 жыл бұрын
Steve Powell Thank goodness he and others speak out about colonoscopies. I had one, 5 years ago, that may have saved my life. I went to my doctor about one problem and fortunately, they found a golf ball size, non malignant mass. There was no pain, no symptoms, nothing to let on that it was there. So yeah, what you don't know can hurt you. If it had gone longer, the doctor said it would have been a different story.
The Magnum laugh that I grew up with can't be faked for tv. It's here again, and it's proof of what I've felt certain of for 40 years. Selleck's Selleck whether the camera's on or off.
Kudos to Tom - no matter how much Craig needles him, Tom just takes it in his stride. Seems like a total gent and a real child at heart.

What a guy. At the same time such a commanding presence and such a loveable goofball. They way he deadpan pitched "Wild Bill Prober - Frontier Proctologist" had me in stitches.
TOM SELLECK - what a hunk....what a guy....what a delight......

TS still has that impish, little boy laugh & sense of humor. He's remains Thomas Magnum playing Tom Selleck!! Just love this guy!!!
Tom Selleck is a very pleasant guy. We met him in NYC. He looks bigger than 6'4", extraordinarily handsome, I believe he's of Ukrainian/Irish/Scottish/German background, and was a college basketball player with University of Southern California.
I already loved Tom Selleck when he played Monica's boyfriend, Richard, in 'Friends', but I had no idea he was this adorable! He's such a charmer, and matches Craig's energy perfectly.
I miss this show so much. 😥
Hysterically funny 👍 Geoff:”I still have your Magnum poster up”
I totally enjoyed Tom Selleck on Bluebloods! He was awesome, such a great person & absolute great actor! 👍♥️

Oh my goodness. Tom Selleck dancing to the Secretariat music! I could die right now after seeing that.
No one before or since has had Craigs style. His guests loved him Always relaxed and fun. Oh how I muss him
Damn, tom kill'd it w/ the "prober".
Hehe he looks like he's having fun in his own way. He's such a sweet guy well they both are. Thanks for the up load keep it up.
Funny to see him talking about Blue Bloods getting extended for the whole 1st season and now it's still going strong with binge re-runs like NCIS, NCIS LA.

My mum loves Tom Selleck and never misses an episode of Bluebloods. She’s liked him since the 1980’s with Magnum. She never missed an episode of that show either lol and that was before DVR’s and VCR’s were still too expensive so you had to actually be home at the correct time lol
I LOVED runaway!!! I've watched it a lot. I love the scene in the hotel room where the drone monitoring the transaction is on the ceiling, and then quietly flies down. We have that now!!!! It was science fiction then. Yay progress!!

Under-rated film but it was really good with Selleck and Cynthia Rhodes and Gene Simmons! Imagine if they do Runaway now with all the current movie making technologies with the Selleck reprising his role, that be awesome!
everytime i re watch these. i just wonder what in the hell happened to late night television. the difference is truly stunning. craig was a man only of his time

Tom still has that boyhood, happy laugh. Such a charm. OMG, the Ballad of Wild Bill Prober.
It's always good to see Magnum PI
“Two words” “What? ‘Makin’ Whoopee’?” “No! I spat out my coffee from laughing when Craig said making whoopee because I just listened to Eddy Canter’s “Makin’ Whoopee” from the 1920’s best jazz& pop and although it’s been covered by many famous singers like Louie Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald I just didn’t expect that phrase to roll off Craig’s to tongue like that.
what a handsome bloke....man crush!!
Now that would have been a show Craig and Mr T. . Great work on the videos . Thanks .

@@laniejuanitawhitehurst1624 I think it worked out for the best though. I can’t picture him as Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford fit the character better. Tom Selleck is a bit to manly for the part and at 6’4” would tower over everybody else. It’s difficult to imagine him being scared of the stuff that Indiana was in the films. Plus we wouldn’t have had all those great episodes of Magnum lol

At 6:16 Craig begins the discussion that Tom's daughter started dating. You'd think when your date's dad is both six feet four and Tom Selleck there would be no need to show the gun collection to these young suitors. But then again---just so there's no misunderstanding---maybe some extra intimidation couldn't hurt either :).
