In my opinion, the man was very articulate and presented a clear case that his money should be returned.

That guy was very together. About the only one on here. He should be President of that board.

I've have been in public service for many years and have not seen a city council/trustees as inept as these people are. It is entertaining for sure which is why some people watch but wow.

This is like the entire state of California. It takes 13 different permits just to dig a hole. With strings attached and it takes years and years and delays "missing" papers. You need approval for one permit to get another and get caught in a loop. All this until California has the most people leaving and you can't even find a U-Haul because they're all going to Florida and Texas
