He's such a passionate singer .

I was in Year 6 when this came on TV, I had just came back from my PGL school trip, the girl I really fancied had just told me she liked another boy in my class. Now, 11 year old me was heartbroken and it felt almost poetic when my family and I were watching The Voice as we did every weekend, and this song came on. Downloaded it to my little Blackberry, had it on repeat for weeks. That girl I spoke about in the beginning is now getting married in a few months. It’s incredible how quick a decade has passed and the fact I still find solace in this performance.

Same here. Hard Rock and metal fan. This song is one of the few outliers for my usual taste. It just has such powerful emotion behind the very intelligent lyrics. And a great piano track to boot. What isn't to like?
