I think Tom is aware that Chris is having a panic attack, and seems to try and fill in as much for him during the interview. He keeps checking to see if he's OK. Such a sweetheart.

I thought the same - as if Tom is totally prepared to do most of the talking. It does look like he's sort of keeping an eye on him, perhaps checking to see if he wants to contribute. Some people think Chris looks bored, but to me he looks uncomfortable, twitchy.

The fact that Evans is usually so talkative and energetic, and Hiddleston is so good at keeping his mouth shut and genuinely listening so everyone has a chance to talk, really speaks volumes about how uncomfortable Evans was and how well Hiddleston recognized his anxiety and just handled the situation for him without drawing attention to it!

1:58 - 2:03 Tom's face was like "are you ok? " to chris. I think he kowns chris is having a painic attack. Such a sweetheart!

Anxiety is the worst this was hard to watch . He's fidgeting and his mind seems like it's racing and the way he answers, poor Chris. :( Tom is such a beautiful person so comforting. He's truly remarkable.

I love how Tom always taking care and sort of look out for the other cast during interviews. He did that to Chris and help him out look at his face. Where did Tom learns this manner like he's so sweet such a gentleman.

Everyone talking about Tom but my eyes are on Chris the whole time. What a sweet sweet man.

If all the Hollywood actors can swallow their pride, and learn from someone, it would be Tom Hiddleston. Look how happy he is to be doing this. He is living his life to the fullest, and not acting uptight, nervous, unsure, grumpy, etc. Forget being like a real version of a comic book hero, be like Tom Hiddleston. I understand that not everyone can stay focused, balanced, and happy all the time, but if you have a hard time doing that, there is medication, herbal treatments, prayer, meditation, and other ways to help yourself improve your nerves and behavior. I just see how Tom is happy and really enjoying this stuff practically all the time. These guys don't get enough rest with all this press stuff and what not.

Ben Dutchover overtime interviews and stuff get repetitive and boring. Plus, Chris might have been tired. He also struggled with anxiety. Not everyone is the same, and if they were that would be boring. In addition, Tom doesn’t look as energetic In recent interviews as in his older ones. Sometimes people just wanna be lowkey and that’s okay. As long as the actors are being kind and respectful, then I don’t see any reason to complain.

Yeah, as it’s quite painful to watch, this is the early years when Evans is still struggling with his anxiety issue and even seek therapists. Nowadays we can clearly see that he did overcome that and reveal his true self, owning every interview with his wit and charisma. Even RDJ made the comment of how he’s so proud of Chris’ development in overcoming his anxiety through the years

there was an interview he did years after this where he revealed the very first comic con he did, which i guess was this one, is one where he had a literal panic attack just before going onstage. i think people deduced it was this one cause his behaviour this day adds up he was just so nervous

Nervous, cortisol levels high, accelerated and disperse... sh1tty moment. But eventually, with time, you overcome it

You are missing a lot, his hands are in his pockets, fidgeting, he's nervously bobbing up and down, he's visibly hiding his eyes under his cap as much as possible, look at his mouth, lips are tight and you can literally see eyes are showing discomfort... he's more than just nervous but yeah he's an actor and a nice guy and he can switch on when he needs to talk so if you're not familiar with anxiety you probably won't notice

Did that say they are also Thor and Captain America Tom must have been sooo happy and joyful that he mistaked him for Thor dream fulfilled

I bet he was tired. I mean this is a lot for them. This was at his second movie and he didn't know how well this was all gonna go and he was a bit worried. I've heard that he has a bit of anxiety as well. I am sure that he wanted to look cool, but was also tired from all the work.
