Interesting yet agreeable point he made, how connected to each member of blink, how well we know their quirks n personalities individually, just as well as we know their music. I do not know many bands where i feel so at home wit each individual..although I'd say Pete Wentz always in the mix is why both he and patrick are a bit more of open books past their confessional songs.

I love Tom, i really do. The new blink stuff is some of the best they have ever produced, i saw them live a couple of weeks ago and it was fucking amazing! But man.. he is really going off (and has been for over a decade) the deep end with this aliens / supernatural stuff. I mean, yeah, statistically aliens probably have/do exist, but no chance/evidence they've been anywhere close to earth (if they do exist), if so we probably wouldnt be here. Tom is teetering on woo-woo country here. This is just plain superstition at this point. His interview on Steve-Os podcast on this subject was painful to listen to with all the conspiracy bullshit he was spouting.

The whole blink 182 and Angels n Airwaves sound was good...but they need to evolve and change their sound, talk about relevant things in their songs..I mean the world's at the Brink of WW3..it would be refreshing for them to send positive anti war amd anti establishment messages. They have the potential and platform to make the world a more positive place and promote human rights. Would be great if they could incorporate this in a more evolved sound. He posted a picture recently of him vacationing in France and he had no hat. He seemed like he still had a good amount of hair. It might just be a comfort thing for him. I personally have a crazy amount of hair but have social anxiety and something like a hat or a hoodie kind of grounds me and makes me feel safe. It may be more psychological than anything. Obviously don’t have any insider knowledge but just a theory from someone who has studied behavioral psychology and personally has similar manifestations

Because malls on weekends is how we grew up. The old days of hitting the aracde with your friends on the weekend or just hanging out trying to hit on girls shopping. One more time is a more emotional Blink than their party boy persona a song that just hits a cord every time I hear it. They really are underrated as a punk band of course outside of the mainstream but punk rockers who said they sold out. They were just skater kids who started a band probably just play at parties have fun meet girls then got in with Pennywise and later blew up. To punk is wasn't an image but writing the music the band wanted to play or experiment and create what they actually wanted to play. The 90s was a different time the second coming of punk rock music. I remember it well was in my twenties at the time. Strange time indeed.
