Made this lot this afternoon with all the trimmings. Definitely worth the effort!
Great recipe, loved the kebabs, made it for dinner.Great, great flavours.I will make it again.Thank you❤Thanks to Bob who looked up on the quantity of ingredients and passed it on on the comments.
Quick tip, use 2 skewers per single kebab. It makes it really easy to turn and cook evenly.

Yep. Or you can get flat metal ones that work well also
This is what I found on the website: For the marinade: 1 heaping tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp hot smoked paprika 1 heaping tsp sumac 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 heaping tsp baharat spice blend 3 Tablespoons yoghurt
Used to work for him. Top bloke

طلع اكلنا مشهور Nice our food is famous
nice
Might be worth Food Network paying a bit extra to not have their videos interrupted by adverts this much
Editing is all over the place
Hopefuply Tom isnt a freemason like the others 🍕
I love eating chicken thighs
All your friends will think you really do know what your doing………….but secretly will both know your useless
Typical of the Food Network, have no Indian or Middle Eastern males too show their recipies! Jamie Oliver, Ricke Siten two Hairy Bikers, James Martin. Why dont you just have an Indian male to make Indian food?
Great he said “FOIL” and not TIN foil! I do not like when chefs use the habitual use of “Tin foil”that has not existed since WW II.
