We designed a billet torque converter to be used in conjunction with a sequential dog ring 6-speed transmission and incorporated an air operated transbrake to stall the input shaft to be able to use first and reverse gears when the engine is running. What we ended up with was a fully clucthless 6-speed transmission. For the rest check there website and click cars & projects

From the angle they show, the officer never saw him actually going much over the limit...It is more like they heard him and was ready to pull him over no matter what speed he was going. I think he was already on the brakes when the officers car came into view...Which also explains why it appears he gets to drive away with only the "threat" of impounding the car...There was nothing to actually get him for that would have held up in court if they would have impounded the car.
