Tom and Jerry “Baby Puss” 1943
I’m back with a brand new reaction one of my favourite cartoon duo, decades with a never ending feaud Tom & Jerry, this was an early animated Baby Puss that debuted 1943, whats interesting about this episode, it’s the first short to be animated by Ray Patterson, who arrived from Walt Disney Productions.
Ray Patterson's was an American animator, producer, and director his earliest works in animation were for Charles B. Mintz's Krazy Kat/Screen Gems studio, where he started as an inker in 1929. He remained at Mintz for ten years.In 1940, he moved to the Walt Disney Studio, where he animated on Fantasia and Dumbo, as well as several Pluto shorts (Bone Trouble and Pluto's Playmate)

The song Mama Yo Quiero was one that Lucy “sang” and danced to for Ricky on I Love Lucy episode Be A Pal. She thought Ricky was homesick for Cuba and she did a dance to this song to help make him feel like he was back in Cuba.

What was the song the cats were singing? Loved watching this episode decades ago. Never forgot it. Especially the castor oil part lol. On an interesting note, this episode was made in the 40s. There was 1 more episode with “Nancy” but it was made in 2007 called - don’t bring your pet to school !

The song and cat's routine is based on a famous movie scene where actor Jerry Lewis dressed up as a woman and mimed along to this very song.
The song that the alley cats sing is "Mamãe Eu Quero". It's a Brazilian song often used to tease and mock childish/imature people. The lyrics are something like: Mommy I want... Mom I want... Mommy i Want my Bottle Give the pacifier Give the pacifier Give the pacifier or the baby will cry. In other words, it's the musical equivalent of calling someone a "big baby" or a "crybaby" here in Brazil.

Evil sadistic script sugar coated with peaceful music and cute animations. Its like let's all laugh a round on the pain and humiliation of a weakling.

Can you please react to “Flirty Birdy”it’s about Tom who tries to trick a eagle/hawk out of giving Jerry by dressing up as a female bird it has a lot of funny moments in there and a over all decent short to be far it one of my favorite Tom and Jerry cartoons so if you can and would react to it would make my day by the way I love your content and hope you a amazing day 🙏
Have you seen the Warners cartoon "A Kiddie's Kitty" with Sylvester? The little girl in that is even more of a proto-Elmyra. :-D

I would really like to do a reaction to the Flirty Bird episode where Tom chases the mouse, but with his tricks Jerry manages to transform Tom the cat into Hawkeye's wife. Poor Tom indeed. He was defenseless against the other cats and was being thrown like a punching ball, with everything going wrong for him all at once. It was very disturbing as the humiliation he was forced into, put him into more trouble.
Jerry was a werking girl before it was a thing!
Just rewatched this episode, and it’s one of the few T&J episodes I though was very mean spirited and unfunny. Usually Tom does something to justify being tortured, but this time he did literally nothing, and Jerry and the alley cats just humiliated him for the sake of humiliating him. For tom being tortured to work, it either needs to be justified or funny... this episode it was neither.
Flirty birdy is another classic episode to watch. Please react to that one please 🙏 xxxx

Funny cartoon with the weirdest scene in it
Despite his age in this situation tom was an innocent baby and should not have been punished. But Jerry and Butch and his friends for what they did to baby Tom should have got the Castor oil 😊😊
