This is why I prefer Jerry to be called as a villain. He's a psychopath who just sadistically enjoys ruining and murdering lives.

Nah man, it's not his fault, Terrence lied to Jerry in order to get his wants, he knows that the two have been enemies since the 40's. They almost was about to be best friends, but despite their goals, a lot of people want to go against the idea, the moral lesson for this is that is not always the blame of Tom and Jerry, people train their pets to catch mice and eat them. The Film was probably inspired by Spider Man into The Spider-Verse, where the film teach you to change your version of that character.

I don't think jerry is the villain noir tom cause both of them are the main the real villain here is the tiger or none of them is the man cause tom and jerry can be villain or not

Probably because they didn't want to have them go through so many actors considering that they've been going at it since 1940. They did talk in the 1992 movie, but the audience didn't like that, so I guess they decided to keep them silent for the 2021 film.
