The next gen suite is only good for a guest staying a short while. If you want a true in law space or someone staying long term it should be reconfigured for a bigger closet and at least a full fridge. A small beverage fridge doesn’t cut it. The outdoor tv needs a built in cover, otherwise it will be ruined over time

Hi, there! I believe it is an option as some buyers preferred the large walk-in shower, and didn’t want a tub. But yes it is available. Thanks for the feedback.

4:15 is an example of where you should pan the camera MUCH slower, but really the entire video please. Otherwise, viewers will feel like we're on a merry go round/sickie ride.
