I started watching this channel yesterday, and I'm favorably impressed. It's so generous with useful information while being entertaining. Paolo is so enthusiastic. I do wish he'd stand up straight for the introductions. I quickly subscribed. Keep up the great work.

Went to the #4 ramen place mentioned in the video, the food was great. Paolo's recommendations for food have so far been 2 for 2, some of the best meals I've had.The videos are great, especially the fact that he shows the entrance so I know where I'm looking for when getting dropped off. After visited Tokyo a month ago Im forever hooked to the ramens OMG :”) wanna go back and get my bowl of ramen, even the cup ramen/instant ramen tasted so delicious!!

Paolo fromTOKYO i would say the first ramen place nanashi but I’ve never had the dipping style ramen either so I’d def have to try that out. I love spicy so anywhere I can get spicy in general is great! Would love you to do top curry places!

Paolo, will you please consider showing us some of the sources of the local specialized foods & ingredients?!?! Like old school Bonito! The farms that have developed their own unique techniques to make their crops extra special! ALSO ask and find out what the employees eat food lunch everyday! My love of Japanese food, culture, travel, etc got started by randomly finding videos titled Lunch On! On KZread, and they stopped filming episodes years ago! You and your girlfriend are so cute and amazing together! I'd love to see you guys take inspiration from the best parts of other shows and incorporate those ideas into your own unique style! Not sure if you had the top/best ramen in shinjuku. I've seen your videos already and are very helpful considering one's itenerary when visiting tokyo. Will be visiting this March. Hope to try these recommended ramen reataurants in shibuya. 👍🏻

Tetsu yes!!! It's delicious and everyone is so friendly. We went to the one in Shinagawa,we were lucky that there was no queue because it gets busy.

Paolo fromTOKYO Yes. In Paris, I go to Higuma and Saporo restaurants. But they are not specialized in ramen. But, those I saw in your video really make me want 😋👍🏻

Hey Paolo! My partner and I will be visiting Japan next year so we've been watching your channel and loving it! My question for you is about ramen. Neither of us really love pork (tragic, I know) and we're wondering if there are still lots of great pork-free ramen options? I've seen a few bowls of chicken ramen here and there, and the vegetarian ramen you had looks really good, but are we likely to find other options at any given ramen shop? Or will it be a little harder to find? Thanks so much for your help!

Your ramen videos make me really want to try ramen. :) How difficult is it for non-Japanese speakers to find ramen that isn't made with pork (or beef)? I've made a note of the vegetarian ramen at Afuri(?) but would love to know about some places where we can get really good ramen that is chicken or fish based. Thanks again for your helpful videos!

do not eat pork ramen. pork will kill you. seafood beef or chicken. dont do it or fall for FAT pork. the white stuff is called pork fat. FAT white pork soooo FAT

The ramen shop with sweets is great! Great prices for #3, including free extra noodles if you're high on carbs! Unheard of!

Paolo fromTOKYO I like both with a slight preference for the hand drawn maps because that’s what I’m use to seeing in all your older videos but I can see myself also enjoying the digital drawn maps. The maps adds a touch of character to your videos and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep them! :)

My girflriend and I went to Japan last year and had an awesome time. That said, she's a vegetarian (I'm not) and had a hard time finding food she could eat in certain areas. We plan to go back next year, so are any of these ramen places you've covered in this vid or the last one at all veggie friendly? I know Ramen is usually pretty meaty/fishy, but just curious. Fot those who wanting an iekei ramen, Machida Shoten near Tokyu Hands is also pretty good. Also it is worth trying Chibakara near the Bunkamura Museum if you are a tonkotsu ramen lover.

it is sad to know that some of them are permanently closed by now (Tetsu and Nanashi). Can you make the latest one? Thank youu!
