@@christopherstrickland1363 2 and 3 sounds *very* confusing and would be hard to do, especially given that they are entirely different, but 1 *can* work, but not so much based on the fact Devilman is really... world ending. But Parasyte and Tokyo Ghoul sounds awesome together because it can work easily (and would explain the origins of ghouls)

Hearing the lyrics from his original covers of these gives me nostalgia from my late teens

I remember when the TV-size version came out and I listened to it like every day for a month, and to this day I still flip-flop back in forth between your version and the Japanese version when I listen to the original, or a cover. Good times.

Last year I started watching dubbed Tokyo Ghoul with my boyfriend since friends recommended me it. The theme from Season 1 was so memorable. And now hearing it here, this was a masterpiece of a dubbed cover.

HONEST, READ THE MANGA, THE ANIME IS SOOOOO BAD. like you can watch the anime but after season 1 nothing makes srnse and its purely an adaptation issue, season 2/Route A is not canon

Cause i believe it's talking about the friend laughing at kaneki innocently while not knowing about kaneki's dark secret. At least that's what I think.
