Jhin a blooming Flower did you watch Tokyo ghoul? He didn’t abandon Eto but left her for a bit to kill the pursuers but she was gone when he came back. Did you really expect him to take an infant while fighting? There’s a chance she could’ve died if he did.

Umesh K kaneki returns to Anteiku to ask yoshimura about the famous powerful ghoul, the one eyed owl. Yoshimura explains that there was once a ghoul named kuzen who murdered humans and ghouls alike for no reason. One day, he met a pretty young human waitress and he fell in love with her. However, in an alley, she found him brutally murdering someone with his kagune (she didn’t know he was a ghoul) and so he had to kill her. Making the hard choice, he stepped towards her but was stopped by her hugging him. She told him that she loved him ghoul or not. Shortly after, she became pregnant and Kuzen broke The harsh news that the baby may be born half ghoul which was rumoured impossible and that the baby would die. However, Ukina persevered and nourished the child inside of her by cannibalising on human flesh. The baby miraculously survived and her birth was the happiest day of the couples lives until one day, members of Aogiri chased kuzen and Ukina. Ukina slipped and was killed. Kuzen has no choice but to let her die on the floor in front of him while he took his young daughter with him. Whilst hiding in the sewers, he had to put the baby down and leave her to face them alone. Before he could leave, she grabbed his finger making kuzen be haunted eternally of the memories of the daughter he left behind. He returned to his murderous life of slaughter but forever was saddened by the child he abandoned. Shortly after, a murderous ghoul arrived baring a Kakuja more powerful than anything ever seen before. The one eyed owl. Yoshimura’s daughter.

This is so nostalgic it makes me cry for some reason. I just wish i could forget this series to rewatch it for the first time again

Ah, I just finished watching all the episodes of Tokyo Ghoul. This feeling is hard to describe. Ending the year 2020 with experiencing this amazing story made me feel somewhat really peaceful and motivated. Love a good ol' happy ending for the characters you fell in love with.

I don't know how to say it. But I get what he is saying. In concept, I love Tokyo ghoul and the manga. The 1st season was great and every season after that was worse than the previous one. Studio perriot didn't give it enough care, otherwise it would have been great

Same feeling . I call those scene as 'cold scenes' giving cold vibes . Tokyo ghoul has those vibes and I haven't find any other show giving same vibes as it ,atleast as of now. It hurts to listen to this cold , beautiful ost with a poor adaptation . If I was given a chance to revive any one show , it won't be FMA ,neither berserk But I'll choose TG.

I just finished (binge)watching all episodes of Tokyo Ghoul. Wow, what a story. How many amazing characters there were. How emotional and memorable music it had, that will stay in my mind for a long time. Great ending for year 2020 to experience this. Ah, to think where this story began and where it ended. I think I have to revisit it very soon. But right now I feel so peaceful and happy~

I Suggest You To Read The Manga Then ...You Will Get A Fresh Experience In The Manga As The Anime Cut Out The Most Parts OF The Manga And Changed It. For ME I Loved The Anime When I First Binged Watched It And It Will Stay In My Heart Till End. The Best Story Of Ken Kaneki From Tragedy To A Happy Ending. And The Manga Makes It Much More Better..

i use this song as a way to give me inspiration when i draw, i remember being in places i couldnt forget with this song or other TG ost playing, always something about it sparks the "creativity" in me....whenever this plays i can visually see that im walking on a isolated road on a winter lake at 12 am, during the blue night with the moon and northern lights showing, wondering if ill be running into wolves ....lol true experience

I used to listen to this when i was feeling down years ago. Same feelings hit me when i re listen to this again. Uncomfortably nostalgic. Its all the depressing teenage years i wish i somehow could get back to. Gutwrenching bcs i know its impossible. F-ck why do i wanna go back?

This anime had amazing openings ,one the most greatest ost’s collection.Tokyo ghoul was a 10/10 in Music if just they went through the story senario as it was made in the manga. Tokyo ghoul could have been a legendary master peice

It's been 5 years since I watched Root A so I don't really remember it that well, but...I do remember this track did play a lot. I don't know. Memories are a bit blurred. I guess this track is a reminder of how things were at the time (which were a bit traumatic when I think about it now in current year). But yeah, I guess I miss TG only a little bit.

That's a fair critique. Some soundtracks for content cut abruptly for reasons of redundancy and repetition. Extended versions are not for everyone. Haha, and here I thought I should make an even longer extension! I kid, I kid. Honestly, I understand your senses being annoyed though. At least the abrupt version exists for you, for it makes me happy that you at least enjoy one version of this song hopefully.
