I like power ups that's not red centric and could be shared by the team.

They should make them look comfortable, not cheap, it can be simple but if it works, fine. But another thing is I love the power-ups that really makes me feels as a team power-up rather than individuals. I don't mind only one of them use it in one time, but you should really make them like as a team power-up, and let everyone in the team to use it least once. DON'T LET RED TO USE ALL THE POWER-UPS. My favorite power-ups: Dekaranger-SWAT, gekiranger-super beast on, shinkenger-super mode The power-ups that I hated: ToQger- Hyper Ressha mode, Zyuohger- All beasts unleashed (For eagle, gorilla and whale combined into one) Ryusoulger- Ryusoul Calibur

Nice video I do wish in the future for super sentai we could always have power-ups for entire team and not just for red ranger only

I want a power up from the movie, be used again in later part of the season. Like the Hyper Shinken Red mode.

Another great video guys. with the Toqger & sharktruse comments I had to pause the video because I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Keep up the wonderful work & I can't wait for the next power ranger & Super Sentai videos.

I agree the red ranger shouldn't be the only one who gets a power-up it's a TEAM based show for a reason

If it's going to be a shared powerup, then they absolutely should follow the model set by Shinkenger where everyone used it least once and they don't pull what ToQ did and make the girls "share". The powerups in Ryusoul and Kyuranger's are able to be used by everyone and we did see them get passed around... but it was still Koh or Lucky who used them 90% of the time. That is unacceptable. If Red does get his own special form than it should be either in a movie like Dekaranger using the SPD Battlizer or if the team already has one. AbareMax and ShishiRed Orion are good examples of this (even if, as I said, Kyuranger was bad letting the others use the other forms). If it is a team power-up than it should be something that reflects the team's growth as a group- MagiLegend reflecting on how the sibs have advanced as magicians (and they had the "Trial" episodes that built up to the episode where they got it), SWAT showed the Dekas growth as a team, Gekiranger was before either Gou or Ken joined the team and it showed how stronger the trio had become. I'm okay with the Sixth not getting a new form since they're always considered "special" anyway but I did like that Ninninger got around this by giving Kinji his own special form that only he could use (although iirc it didn't show up much since he got it late in the show).

My favorite Sentai Power-ups are Five Tectors, Abare Max, all the Dekaranger power-ups that scream tokusatsu, Legend Magiranger, Super Geki, Gobuster Power Custom, and the out of this world Shishi Red Orion. These are power ups that should be.

Some power ups I really like are Deka Swat, Super Geki, Super Shinken, Powered Custom, Zyuoh Whale, Shishi Red Orion, both Lupat ones, and Go Kiramager. It looks like I’m in a big minority in terms of the Lupat ones and the Kiramager one but I honestly liked those power ups especially since kiramager is the first team power up since Go Busters. Also Matt, I really think you should give Kiramager another shot, it does have its issues but it’s a very fun show in my opinion, it’s one of my personal favorite sentais.

I personally love the Shinkenger team power up the most because it looks flawless on everybody, and plus when they fight, it makes their fighting movements so fluid, smooth and satisfying to look at in my opinion.😊

At least Grand Zi-O the faces were all clad in gold, so they weren't different colors and made it look like an eyesore.

Don’t forget when Shinken Gold used the Shark disc during a special, then Shinken Green used it as well during the final battle.

There is a team that all got their power up mode, extras and 6th included. The Abare Mode or Super Dino Mode. Either have the team (at least main team, if not all of them) get the power up, or if its going to be a one-off, the 6th ranger should have it more often. Honestly, I think we have power rangers to blame for the recent red-only stuff, because of the Battliziers. Never liked those for the same reason (not to mention most of them clash with the season themes...)

I'm agreed with You. I would like to see a ALL i don't care if is a 10, 8 or 7 or 6. GIVE ALL A THE RANGERS A POWER UP. No Anymore a Red or Six Ranger Power Up. That the Power Up looks well Made.

8:05 I loved the idea if Zyuohger got adapt, make it a Jungle Fury sequel.

The kirameiger power up may look awful, at least the break the 'give the power up only to red' bs, as every one, excluding the 6th, gets it. Also fit the story in my opinion, as it is an overall good show. Plus is is refreshing after ryusoulger as the had many and most of them are used by red.

Kirameiger power-up looks simple, but it works. I also think the time limit was really reasonable because of the side-effect

Kiramager Power Up is not awful is very good

I really loved the Red Rangers getting a power-up on their own, but it's nice to see the other members gets their too

Kiramager's Go Kiramager Go Power Up. Is not Awful. Is good, i loved it. And is so good. After Go Busters we never got another One.

First one for Power Rangers was Metallic Armor in MMPR season 3 actually, not Lost Galaxy.

Having Red-Only (or a leader of a different color) Power-Ups I have never minded on shows like this tbh. Mostly since any team based shows or movies I've seen always has ONLY ONE person on the team gets power buffs like that. ie: Optimus and Megatron in the Transformers Series

There was the one episode of Kyuuranger near the end where 6 different team members all used different power-ups in a fight. And 4 of those were specific individual power-ups. Lucky had Orion (of course) Stinger used that powerup he got in his movie (the arm-thing) Naga used Metal form (the "good" version of his evil form from that arc) and the Kid went Big (which technically was a form he always had) Which leaves Hammie and Spada. They used power-ups we'd only seen Lucky use before. Spada did use Pegasus for that fight. And Hammie used the Sun/Moon. Mainly the Moon form for a psychic sexy attack on the monster. (And probably a Sailor Moon joke.) But there was the red corona and yellow crescent attached to the green helmet.

Isn't the power up mode for the zyuohgers that thing where they get wings and claws??

Wasn't Abare mode a team power up, even if there's only 5 rangers in it Abare Killer is still a 6th ranger...😅😅😅 Go-Busters' power up is also one of the good ones. It's a team power up but it is unique for each member as it amplify their individual abilities.

Kyuranger had Pegasus because it was shareable

ryusoul caliber got to be used by blue though right? Also at the end atleast everyone got to use the kyoryusouls.

I dont like Go Kiramager... They look SOO Cheap like a piece of styrafoam with a Gem stuck on it... The front doesnt even have a shape.... Its fully FLAT

...I'm here and it says no views. Seems legit. Asked you guys before on facebook, I'll ask again. Please discuss the indian giver resurrections in specials and movies for dead sentai and Rider characters. It's so ANNOYING having them return JUST to die again at the end. Ankh. Abarekiller. Ryuki characters. Baron and Marika. Faiz (WE KNOW HE DIED). I think the only character that came back from the dead and stayed was Shurikenger. Legit, that may be the only permanent resurrection. But these KILL any narrative punch returning these characters might have. Because if you ever DO bring them back permanently, the audience will have been led on so much that they won't care.
