This past week, we had the great fortune of surprising two #Murdoch-loving frontline workers with a special video chat from Yannick Bisson. It was such an honour to hear their stories and share a few laughs while they’re out there helping others on a daily basis. To start, here’s Yannick’s conversation with Grace, a nurse from Alberta.

Hello, I am a new watcher of Murdock Mysteries. I really enjoy watching the seasons and episodes. When I complete the 16 seasons, I plan to begin again!! I have actually been to Canada a few times and loved the visits. One of the trips was for my husband to hunt for deer in Saskatchewan. It was cold!! I live near beach in NC and had never been in such cold weather. God bless Canada and USA

I watch it quite a lot....sometimes I play the show in the back round when I'm doing my housework. Their voices are comforting and their characters are endearing like family. I also appreciate Murdoch's faith and goodness. Thank you very much for these videos during the virus!!!

I am an 87 year old woman who started watching the Murdoch Mysteries and I am a loyal fan. I am now on season 11 episode 13. Watching an episode or two every day has helped so much during the quarantine. It is so nice to see Yannick as a natural person who loves to ride his bike, love his family, etc.

From America, with love!!! Can't get enough of your TV show. We just finished the last series and I'm not sure if I cried because it ended so sweetly or because it was the last episode until they renew and I'll be in withdrawal pains until they do! Maybe a little of both. Then I found you on You Tube and it's so great to see you reaching out and bringing people together. Best to you and God Bless!

It is true enjoyment to see a class act celebrity who realizes his craft's realistic place in the grand scheme of life. When I finish binge watching all the seasons of Murdoch ( and Corner Gas and a few others) and the holiday specials? I go back and start Season 1 and do it all over again. Thanks for sharing a small peek into your daily life.

Thank you Yannick Bisson for doing this, it is extremely important that people are recognised for the work they are doing in our Hospitals across the globe.... All these people are truely super stars in my book and I appreciate everything they do.. My daughter is a nurse and I prayer for her protection every day as she works with the patients in her care.

Huge greetings from San Francisco, Yannick! I just stumbled upon this video and decided to voice myself. Approximately 3 weeks ago I signed up with Acorn TV and found - Murdoch Mysteries. Not knowing what "awaits" for me I trusted the 5 star review rating and decided to start watching. I have never before heard of the series. Also, 13 seasons with 18 episodes each was appealing during this pandemic and home-isolation. So, here is the breakdown: 13 seasons x 18 episodes = 234 episodes. 234 x 44 minutes each = 10,296 minutes or 171.6 hours. I watched 6 hours EVERY DAY equaling 28.6 DAYS OF NON-STOP watching of this AMAZING series. It is worth 10 star ratings. Needless to say, I fell in love with you, Dr. Ogden, const. Crabtree and my absolute favorite - the deliciously cantankerous yet soft-hearted inspector Brackenreid. It is by far the most intelligently written mystery series of all time. I cannot thank y'all enough for all your work on this series. Pure, unadulterated, intelligent entertainment. Oh, and also, I would LOVE to visit (virtually) your props department - how much fun are they having when making all the gadgets? Please-please do come back with the new season. A huge fan from San-Fran awaits....Thank you and stay safe!

This is so sweet. Thanks for working the front lines. Also, thank goodness Yannick doesn't have to hide HIS smile in these videos. :) (We want Murdoch Mysteries back on our U.S.A. Netflix. Why, oh why do we not have it?)
