As someone who has tried this I can say I’m also VERY unimpressed with their customer support. I never received two bags after paying for them and even though I was promised that they were addressing the problem they did not. It’s been two weeks since I contacted them and still no litter or refund..

😿. Sorry to hear that. Only company I've had problems with so far is Luuup, hope you get it resolved soon. If necessary, try contacting the BBB. I'm behind on my editing from being busy and sick. I should have a flurry of vids coming in next week or two as I put together all the footage I have. Good luck

I reviewed. A call from the FTCin Delaware. They have no office there but that’s legal evidently. So she actually suggested I complain to the FBI. They are making my life miserable and I so wish it were not true. But if you love your cats, you should also try to find out where the litter is made and what’s in it. The owner is a man who lives in Japan and can’t be reached.

I think it's supposed to clump with pee, but melt in water, which I find odd.. I'm not sure about it's claims either.

I just put it in my litter box, we will see. It doesn't work in my Tilt and Sift Litter Box Invention though. The pieces are just long enough that they kinda get tangled up in one another and don't Sift well ... if that makes sense? I felt like it clumped with the water, but my test is an extreme test, which helps me better understand absorbancy value. It absorbs fast but does not absorb very much. Way too expensive, but we will see.

    What does 29 C stand for?Water absorbing?

My notifications aren't getting to my mail. I'm finding responses I've missed. So sorry 🙏 🙀 Good question. It means, 29 Cups. Something I do that few people do is report Volume and price per volume. Volume is more important than weight (except when carrying a new bag/box of litter into the house or lifting a full litter box, heaven forbid). I'm trying to create a list of price per Volume. Price per weight is nearly useless. Some litters are light, and others heavy for the same volume. I've gone a step beyond this and done something No one else does (that I've seen anyway) I estimate the price of fluids absorbed. I dump 1 cup water in 2 cups litter and measure the remaining unused litter and calculate how much fluids the entire bag/box of litter can absorb and give price there too. Some litters make small clumps and have excellent absorbancy / volume, others make big clumps. This can't be easily accurately determined for non clumping litters. Check out my new channel "Cats & Fluff"... I've moved my cats topic there for the sake of my cats audience.

They tried to sue me for cancelling the subscription, as in attorney threats.

🙀🙀🙀 Tofu Kitty Club? Or a different litter subscription? So far, TofuKitty Club is the only subscription I was able to cancel entirely on my own. I didn't have to email or call. Luuup, Skoon, and Pretty Litter all required me to contact the company for canceling. Pretty Litter and Skoon were both easy to cancel and have great customer service, particularly Skoon. Luuup however was a headache for me, but they did eventually respond and refunded me. I've had a couple of chats with TofuKitty Club on messanger so far and they've been cordial. I hope whatever and whomever your dealing with works out. P. S. Document everything and turn things around for your favor

@@Byromie Yes, thank you. I cancelled the subscription and they started it back up. Even though they told me they cancelled it for me, they said I should have gone online and also do it there as well. Which I recall doing. But they claimed otherwise. So, they told me they were shipping a bag in Sept and I immediately called the post office. They blocked the shipment and Visa took good care of me, because I did not want nor order the litter. So I immediately received threats of jail time (terms of agreement) and was harassed by texts and by mail. Several of them, and phone calls. They were letters from attorneys in TX. This company does not actually have an office in Delaware, they use Rocket Lawyer to use a US address. I believe they are in Japan, or at least they seem to be. They have no US phone number. I have learned a lot since this happened. I have never in all of my 60 years seen anything like this. So I try to let people know to be careful. Thanks for listening. I am glad I never actually received the litter because I also know there are no regulations as to what goes in there. They use a US warehouse, but I do not believe it is made here, not that I could track down anyway.

@@kjd1960 Wow! Sounds like it's getting worked out and coming to an end. That's a lot to deal with over kitty litter. Thanks for sharing. My sympathies and hope no one else has a similar experience Hope you find something that works for you and your furry babies. I'll have a final review and experience with TofuKitty coming in the month. But I'm pretty certain it will stay true to what I and my cats have experienced thus far. 1.) it absorbs fluids fast, but doesn't absorb as much fluid by volume compared to other litters, even clay litter like Dr Elsey's 2.) clumps are strongest clump yet for an organic litter type, almost as solid as clay (Dr Elsey's) 3.) clumps stick to bottom badly because of 1 and 2 above. Nearly every day I have 3 inch tall tower-shaped clumps of tofu sticking to the bottom of my box! That's right, THREE Inches tall! I have over 3 inches of this stuff in my box. Cat pee goes straight down and makes a tower. 😹 My cat is quite a hydrated girl. She might pee more than typical house cat, but still doesn't change the above facts based on our experience. 4.) little to no dust 5.) crazy expensive! $$$ This litter is for someone who wants an organic litter that clumps really well and doesn't mind the price or potential sticking to the Box.

Kim Grayson I highly doubt this actually happened just because of a bag of kitty litter.
