Todoroki is not even alone remember how Bakugo is using explosions on all of his opponents,there was even a moment where all might said to him he would kill Deku with such a powerful explosion and his reaction was "not if he dodges".

Big difference between Bakugo and how todoroki was at first. Bakugo except when it came to deku actually thought his stuff through and wasn't trying to kill anybody. Todoroki shot out skyscraper tall ice shots when they aren't even necessary that could have killed tape boy. They are not the same

TBF Class B was treating the exhibition match as if it was a real life fight to the death, so Todoroki is exempt from that last one. Besides I'm more concerned about the fact that All Might gut checked Bakugo so hard he threw up last weeks lunch and kneed him so hard in the face, he flew into a building.

I actually have a suspicion that just having any quirk at all increases your durability, if not your overall physicality to some extent, because even the people who don't have quirks that are stated to improve them physically seem to take a lot more to put down than they reasonably should. Remember how at the beginning the doctor clarified how he knew Deku was born quirkless? He explained that it was because his toe had an extra joint that bodies with quirks don't. If the mere presence of a quirk can affect the body's skeletal structure like that even when it's unrelated to the quirk itself, who's to say that there aren't other effects. For example, neither Todoroki's ice or fire seem to have done permanent damage to any of the people brought up in this video when they clearly should have. Maybe that's because their bodies are more resistant to extreme temperatures (with specific exceptions like Tsu being weak to the cold). What about Bakugo? You know that time he lent his gauntlet to Deku to get the drop on All Might? The force of the recoil from the gauntlet was enough to hurt his shoulder and made him realize how crazy Bakugo had to be wearing these things all the time. Remember, Deku was juiced by 5% One-For-All on top of being very physically fit just to contain the quirk itself and the force still hurt him. Bakugo uses those things for most of his bigger attacks with no such issues and never seems to get hurt by the explosions coming directly from his hands either despite supposedly not having augmented durability.

Let’s not forget how Bakugou could have killed the whole stadium with Howitzer Impact or could have killed dozens of people trying to get out of the ice in the sports festival (falling tons of ice) or how he could have easily killed Uraraka with any of his explosions in the same arc. Or how the teachers don’t care about the students. All Might probably caused permenant back problems when he landed into Izuku’s back or gut punched Bakugou. Present Mic caused minor ear damage to Jiro. Not to mention that the Robots got no chill and will not hesitate to kill anyone. Deku ain’t exempt from this either. He could have easily punched the robot towards a bunch of people and killed them during season 1.

To often a lot of UA students don't seem to process "and then what" like Shoto against Tetsutetsu his plan was to use fire so hot it would melt the metal he was made of yet somehow not hurt him, Mina has acid that can melt through almost anything and while she doesn't use that on people she uses it near them, I like Izuku but for a long while he had next to no throttle on his quirk it was either nothing or direct hit turns opponents into a stain on the wall, the girl from class B puts mushroom spores into peoples lungs, Kaminari electrocutes people with everything he has, there is a guy in class B who manifests razor sharp blades from his body and they just let him attack his classmates in training, I think they are a little to used to having recovery girl nearby to fix everything.

He has pretty good control of his powers, but probably because they need highly powerful future heros, his dad being endeavor helps

The fact nobody has died or been that seriously injured though. I think that's the thing people ignore the most, we just say the students couldve killed people but nobody does because they do have good control over their quirks or the quirk's properties being somewhat supernatural.
