A good samaritan who was leaving his house around 3:30am found a small toddler walking near 5th St and Burlington Ave in the Westlake are of Los Angeles. LAPD responded to the scene and took the young toddler a female around 2 years old to Rampart station. LAFD was called into the station to check the little girl out. LAPD is investigating.

The real and only question to be asked is...Why is a 2 year old walking the streets at 4am. They cant just walk her back and everything is okay. Parents straight to jail.
