@@scottwhite1963 Let's not get carried away.. I saw them live on the Kilroy tour and being a drummer myself, I could not take my eyes off John. He may not have been as flashy and quick handed as Todd (who is a beast, no doubt) but the enthusiasm with which John played was contagious!! He built a solid and sophisticated foundation for all of these Styx classics upon which Todd has been able to add his indelible stamp. As affable as Todd is, I am sure he would be the first to tell you that he is truly grateful for the gift of being able to embellish and add more context to what are already wonderful tracks to begin with.

Wow I can’t put into words how assume this is, as a old man who still dreams of when he played the drums I’m jealous but so respectful of the talent

Bravo 🙌 as a cover band drummer for 50 years, cymbal technique is so critical and no one displays it better and I wish I could’ve ended every song like that but playing 45 songs a night…well people don’t want to hear it

I really loved watching Neil all the time...He has left us, far too soon, but...in his wake is this gem of a drummer. The greatest alive in my estimation. Certainly one of the greatest in several generations. Thank you for marching on Todd. We love watching you work.
