Im on my computer in between my day job work, my 12 year old daughter walks in asks why are you laughing so uncontrollably dad? I answer, I just watched the most amazing end of a song (besides los endos Genesis) I had ever seen and just couldn't believe what I just witnessed! Todd Sucherman definitely gets the award for the most under rated most unbelievable best all around drummer that walked this earth ! Todd is the new generations Steve Gadd ! Thank you for sharing this video.

I have no idea how many times I watched this dvd. very important in my life.

Todd is the perfect hybrid of natural talent and rigorous technique and theory classes, his feel and ear are both phenomenal!

One thing about Styx doing an all prog album it really shows Todd's chops! If Alex and Geddy call him to gig with them, he'd fit right in!

Peart was the perfect drummer for Rush, but really doesn't come close to TS in terms of overall ability

It's simple he plays any kindle of music naturally...MASTERPIECE Mr. Sucherman🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Wanna know why Styx hiring this cat was the smartest move ever beyond his obvious abilities? Because even those musicians who may not be fans of the band will still purchase tickets just to watch this guy play. If you're a musician worth your salt, you pay whatever it costs when this dude comes to town. He's that outstanding.

Phenomenal! Todd Sucherman could play a solo on a gong drum with a table leg and make it sound musical.

I've always loved how this song uses 3 motifs in different time signatures (common, 7/8 and 5/8) and so seamlessly thread them together.

This tune and video are addictive. I've watched this many times and now I'm back. Just a great video.

Not even a Styx fan, recently became aware of TS, and he is already one of my all time favorite “ all-around “ drummers.

At 2:19-2:56 is just soooo graceful yet powerful just beautiful drum parts and if this is new Styx music Im a fan just wow Tommy sounds better than ever and the entire band are virtuosos great recordings on the 2 songs Ive heard.....love it!!!

Todd= The Man. Your middle name should be "CHOPS". Dude....I started playing drums in 5th. grade; just a snare. Next year I had a kick. Etc. Within two years I took over my parent's living room w/ a full kit, so when I saw yours, it brought back good, fun memories. I don't know how my neighbors put up with me. I'm 65 now; haven't played in about 25 years. Just dashboards!
