You selected the wrong directional arrow, when you ran it through your hair.

My nerves were twitching when i saw she had the arrow in the WRONG direction!!! I was afraid it would cut a chunk of hair. At least she used it 100% incorrectly, and it still didn't do anything bad to her hair. Hopefully she figured out she was cutting backwards.

Girl you didn't even use it right. You didn't have the directional button on in the correct position.🤦🏾‍♀️ Of course it didn't do anything. I have it and it absolutely works! Been using it for years. Read the instructions before making a whole video on it.
