This program was intended to be supportive and educational for young children, preschoolers (age 2/3) through young elementary school age (8/9). It can be enjoyed by anyone. This is the original and unedited program, as it appeared. Features of this program include puppetry, live action hosts, interactive games, songs, and the discussion of feelings and learning how to deal with them.
A friend of Muffy mouse's (a young possum named Wanda) leaves home because she's upset that there is a new baby on the way. Sibling rivalry, jealousy, uncertainty about parental love, and coping skills are discussed.
