The last time I saw anyone fasting for Ramadan the owner fell at his restaurant and everyone thought he died . He fainted from not having any food in his stomach.
When I go to Jerusalem I avoid passing through the Muslim quarter, to avoid catching illnesses or breathing unhealthy air.
