Toccata Per Cembalo D'Ottava Stesa by Allesandro Scarlatti
Музыка
Here is the Toccata Per Cembalo D'Ottava Stesa in D Minor by Allesandro Scarlatti. While mostly overshadowed by his son in modern eyes, Allesandro Scarlatti was still a baroque master, writing mostly operas, and less keyboard works.

Che gran lavoro! Complimenti! Tutto a memoria! Io sono un siciliano, come Alessandro Scarlatti, che si è innamorato del clavicembalo in tarda età. Faccio molta fatica, ma la passione è più forte... Ti ammiro molto ❤️👍💪
Well done! It brings me much joy when I see new generations keeping old music alive. A rare choice of instrument, somewhat neglected, and much more difficult to master than one would assume coming from piano. I would love to hear some (more) Frescobaldi and Sweelinck from you.
Fantastic!
Bravo
Well done young man! Your passion and dedication is clearly evident. Much appreciated.

What a great performance of such monumental and virtuosic piece! Congratulations! 👏👏👏
Whoa! I have an instrument that looks just like this!
Danke ---- Bewundernswert ist die Entwicklung, die du in einem Jahr durchgemacht hast.
Love the lute stop!
unglaublich schön! Eine technisch und interpretatorisch bewundernswerte Leistung! Vielen Dank!
that was quite a performance dude!! you could probably rival both scarlattis :P
What a talent! Love your playing
You‘re really amazing! Great playing!
Astounding.
Good use of the (semi-buffed?) lute stop in the some parts for expression of different tone quality -- one of dual-manual harpsichord's capabilities that we don't get to hear enough.
A wonder - only the young

When I have played all the J.S. Bach, Buxtehude, D. Scarlatti, Couperin, Rameau, Handel, Purcell, & Byrd that I wish to, then I might possibly turn my attention to Pachelbel, Kuhnau, Muffat, Jacquet de la Guerre... but by then I shall be 95 at least. Until then they are a mere distraction from more important composers. Life is terrifyingly short. Sorry. This didn't convert me.

There are works by composers that are arguably as good or better than some works by"big name" composers, but for lack of a patron or some such issue, they were unable to work at composing and produce a body of work that would lead to their recognition as an important composer. Even Rachmaninoff--already established as a composer, said that. after escaping the Revolution he was unable to devote full time to composing, as he wished, because he had to go on tour as a pianist in order to make a living.

Luckily for us, none of us care if you play anything ever, and none of us care about your sh***y musical opinions.

Diversify or Die! e.g.Marmontel, Jean Henri Ravina ,Grieg ,Schubert,Haydn ,Joseph Bologne , Campra ,Jacques Aubert to mention but a few in addition to a handful of compositions of your own as the world is chockablock full of interpreters.
