The first time I heard him sing I said this cowboy can sing! I loved when he sang with his daughter and it was beautiful ! I guess his mama was a real good singer too! He wrote a lot of good songs! I've always thought Toby Keith was a wonderful human being. He's been overseas and visited all service men and women, and sang for all of them and was very generous too. I love all of his songs and I have been praying for his cancer to leave his body, but that never happened. 😭 I will miss seeing him singing. Please rest in Perfect Peace Toby ! 🇱🇷❤️❤️💋💋

8 knew a guy who spent much time on his vegetarian diet, worked out, and took quite a few vitamins. He died of cancer. Cancer is an insidious , cruel , and indiscriminate disease.

I like his honesty about the weed talk (at the time of this interview). I'm not a weed person and it seems like you can't turn in a circle without running across someone who smokes weed. Even most of my friends that never smoked are doing it now just because it's legalized recently where I live. It's as if they just decided to say, "It's legal now, I have to go get a card and start this habit that I've never done before just so I fit it". Does anyone happen to know what year this interview took place? It's not in the title.

When I saw his last post And saw how skinny he was, It was like looking at my brother who also dies of Throat Cancer. He was also a Country Singer and wrote tons of songs. Never lived long enough to publish them.. No matter how much kemo he had it wasn't enough....He died on HOSPICE...😢

I can't stand that attitude that the road is so hard on relationships. It's no harder than any other situation. I've done both, for 40 years.

He wasn't fancy on stage, just a guitar, and a great singer/songwriter. I miss the days when a half-naked woman, all the fancy glittering lights and autotune weren't expected.

His last words were so prophetic about smoking. Loved Toby but he smoked. It will kill you. Cancer gets everyone.

Everyone has a cancer gene! It may or may not decided to form. Be careful being judgemental it could happen to you. Karma is a bitch! Toby Keith was the absolute greatest! I loved and followed him from the very beginning. I don't cry often but I cried a lot the morning they announced he had died. There will never be another like him. Garth only wishes he was as good as Toby!
