Toby breaks our fishing curse! - From the high country to the coast

Hey everyone, this episode we leave the High country and arrive to the wet windy coast at Rakaia. Nice to plug into power and Toby breaks the fishing fast, by finally catching us a fish, which we all enjoyed eating.

Some great East Coast experiences before your journey through the mountains, snow and off to the Tasman sea. Well done on the Trout Toby. Looked delicious and the perfect way to cook it. A bit of lemon, herbs and butter goes well too. If it's a big fish I sometimes remove the fillet to fit it in the BBQ or oven. But usually just gut and cook whole. You captured some awesome drone footage there.

@@leopardsgowild absolutely, smoked similar to Salmon or Kāhawai It's not quite as oily but comes up very nice.
