Dear Tobias, First of all, I want to thank you for your dedicated service to Ajax. On behalf of Ajax fans, I want to say that I am sorry that you never got the chances you deserved. Ajax is a great club, but its also a club that is a graveyard for great creative players like yourself. I don't have to tell you, Ajax is about a system, ONE philosophy, and if you don't fit into it, you fall outside the boat. You are a free-spirit on the field and Ajax wants robots who turn one way, open that way, think 1-way and NO other way. Ajax and their philosophy of systems, systems, systems and systems are the death for players like yourself. Believe me, its a relief that Luis Suarez only played under coach Frank de Boer for a short period, otherwise Frank would have ruined his spirit too. Tobias, all you need a club where you can be yourself, and not in some regimented school like Ajax. To be honest, I would have thought that another Eredivisie club would have picked you up, but I guess they are all sleeping - like the so-called 'brains' at Ajax. Even though your stay at Ajax can't be called a success, you even played in the Champions League! Not something every kid from Sweden can say... I wish you a wonderful career and I can tell you, we haven't heard the last of Tobias Sana. Within 2-yrs you'll be in Spain or Italy. Good Luck, and make Ajax realize that they made a mistake by killing your spirit.

dear Tobias, thanks mate, for the joy you brought to Ajax: it is clear that you are a man who plays from the heartand I've really enjoyed watching you doing that! Such a promising start - and such a shame it didn't quite work out for you the way you hoped for and we've hoped for - I think that Ajax never gave you the chances you deserved - and needed so badly! Sorry for that! I wish you to find the joy of playing the beautiful game again - and just maybe...we'll see you back again!
