    Hi Chris thank you so much, I did well on my Ice breaker Speech I followed your method. Now I have taken a role for Ah counter it will be tomorrow. Please share some tips.

    That's awesome! Congratulations. As to being an Ah counter, just be ready to take note of those pause fillers being uttered by speakers as you listen to each of them attentively. Then report them with style as appropriate. Enjoy your meetings!

    I have rejoined Toastmasters after an absence of 40 years so my icebreaker will have a lot more content - any suggestions.

    Good to know that you're back. You can select your top 3. You could possibly share (1) the reason you signed up in the first place, (2) the reason you left, and (3) the reason you rejoined. Or you may also pick three key experiences from those 40 years of being inactive in Toastmasters, that you led back to the organization. Or who were you then when you first joined, who were you in those 40 years, and who are you now? Enjoy!
