If I could go back in time. I was 19 when this concert happened.

Man what an awesome version. I remember seeing them about 4 times back in 94. Got to meet and chat with Glenn too and take a few pics. Super cool laid back guy. He was 24 and I was 19! So many years ago... 😔

Indeed. The amount of information conveyed with just a few words is astounding. Truly some of the best songwriting of all time. The song works on so many levels: The universal feeling of losing a sibling or loved one, an epic story of betrayal, and a critique of Christianity… all in nine stanzas!

Toad is a great band a lot of those 90s bands like toad ,gin blossoms,counting crows,death cab for cutie,collective soul,Edwin McCain etc....great songs and great musicians hate it when people say the nineties music sucks listen to these bands and you can appreciate the 90s
