I started my first company at 25 producing entertainment. My client base was primarily rich people, corporations, non profits, governments (international clients), and a few celebrities sprinkled in. If you prove your product/service is the best, they have no problem paying. People also love a discount (including the rich), so I automatically priced my services higher to account for it. And everyone was happy. Focus on quality and you never have to sell. 🙏

​@@Liz-ic6jball of the really wealthy people I've met wore quite normal clothes and own an old car, NONE of them drive expensive cars or wear designer clothes but some of them owned vast parts of the country and had houses in multiple places that they passed on to the next generations for generations but not one of them wanted or wore expensive watches or expensive clothes.. they just weren't interested in that at all

I’ve been thinking about this a lot. Who to sell to. And I knew it was the rich lol. Thanks for confirming and expounding. Now to figure out what they need ❤.

This came at the right time. I began restructuring from self employed to an LLC and have been reorganizing my business plans along with it. My target market was always decided by personal analysis using demographics. I now realize I left critical markers out of the equation. Glad I saw this because I’ve actually heard the opposite. Maybe it’s the industry I’m building a business in (residential cleaning). Other owners tell me their wealthier clients are the ones who haggle on price the most and the middle class/middle poor are the ones who make up the bulk of their recurring services and give the least problems.
