I think this is still Mikey. There’s a voice credit for “young Leo and Raph” at the end.

It is Mikey.. He has all 3 of his brother's weapons..

@@heaterparker2682 it could be any brother based on that though. The turtle would have his, and his three brothers’ weapons, regardless of which turtle it was, and all four weapons would be there. It’s 100% Mikey, I agree.

@@JedNadin The reason Mikey has all of them was because he was the most skilled out of all the brothers, he already had mastered his brothers weapons and so Splinter gave him nun-chucks, which were the hardest weapon to learn.
