It's hard to see the difference but there is one!!! And wow this is so gorgeous....loved how you modified the blooms.....................just so gorgeous!!! I guess I may have to try the TLP ....love love love this!!

If you use some regular pains mixed in with your pigments in the layers, your bloom will come out better if you don’t use all l pigment, and Shelley uses some regular paints, as well as the pigments. It turns out better and start out with a regular paint. That’s what I’ve learned. Hope this is helpful.
