"Remove both of these by running into the opposite one" not sure what this means. You stack the debuffs on top of eachother?

Yeah, so when the debuffs go out, have the two people who get them run to the same point to clear them by running into each other. You should only get one of each at a time.
Can you dodge Quake by jumping or Levitate?
