Tj Lavin Backyard interview!
I had the opportunity to do a vlog style interview with Tj in his famous Bmx backyard! We talked about Bmx progression, events and rad times that went down over a 20 year period. Tj is one of my best friends and I thank him so much for giving me the time to make this for your viewing pleasure.
My colony Bmx exit with footage from the last time the yard was running.

Thank you!
I still have his Dirtpaws he gave me opening week of Desert Breeze in his prime plus the local news was so supportive while he in the hospital it even overwhelmed me, a true action sports town is the one thing I miss about it.

Rad!
I met TJ as a young kid. I got one session with him and Nasty at Sheep one day. I was blown away how nice he was. Kinda reminds me of how nice you are. I appreciate those attitudes in our sport. Never change!

He’s one of a kind! I appreciate the kind words!
It’s pretty impressive how well they’ve at least stayed somewhat in shape. Grew up riding minersville trails in PA so dirt is pretty much my background. T.J is definitely a legend.

1995-2002 pro vert rider here! I don’t train any more, but I got a 6pack and 12% bfi only because I still ride vert at 42

They held up pretty well! Minersville was such a good time back in the day.
TJ has always been such a great guy. I rolled up to his place at 15 years old with Lance Mosley after a race in nellis and was welcomed with open arms. Even with carbon forks on that drop 😂

He’s a rare human!
It’s always great seeing him, wasn’t Ty’s & Nastys yard always packed to ride them jumps? Of course I don’t think Nastys yard was big like Tjs.
That was awesome! So cool Anthony. Thank you

You’re welcome! Thank you for watching!
Wow! I sure hope you guys can film a jam out there. Looks great, but some work would make that place really awesome again.
