Welcome Back To My Kitchen !! We are into the Creole season here on the island so I thought I would share some creole recipes with you all and today we are making some Titiwi Accras
Hope you enjoy and Happy Cooking !!
Ingredients List:
1 cup cleaned titiwi
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 small onion
1 red seasoning pepper
Parsley
Chive
Salt
All purpose seasoning
Complete seasoning
Ground black pepper
Curry
Hot pepper sauce
Juice of half a lime
1 cup water
Oil for frying

    It's 05.47 on Sunday morning. I couldn't sleep so decided to watch this, now I'm off to the kitchen to make some accra. Oh my, I'm so hungry. Thanks for the appetite.

    What I want to see is an authentic down home calaloo soup with smoked meat, cywik , and chicken with dumplings in there and Tania and all that good stuff
