Very enlightening. And what a beautiful array of gorgeous titanium watches. Eye candy overload. Love it! I had been wondering how, on Casio's recent Oceanus models like the, apparently very popular and well received, OCW-S100, the titanium appears so 'white' (or steel or silver-like; not very grey). Now I believe it absolutely must be grade 5. I have an OCW-M700 watch incoming. They look a little bit darker in some pictures. I wonder whether titanium has a tendency to darken, over a period of years, as the M700 is from 2006.

Nice video! I own a few titanium watches (a Tudor Pelagos, Ming 17.01, and Seiko Samurai). Overall I greatly prefer ti over steel in larger tool watches. My Samurai, in particular, is remarkably light for its size, and my Pelagos (which is ti but has a steel clasp and caseback) is still fairly massive, but far lighter than it would be in steel. My Ming is less noticeably different from steel due to its much smaller case, but I see no real ill effects from it being ti. I have owned a few titanium bikes over the years (a Moots VaMoots and Serotta ATi), and love it as a bike frame material as well!

Quindi alla fine se uno non vuole avere troppi graffi antiestetici meglio lo steel. Il brushed stainless steel ancora meglio no?

Sì, tenendo comunque presente che anche l’acciaio si può graffiare, solo con meno facilità del titanio.

Might I suggest a NATO strap, exceptionally strong, durable and comfortable to wear? Plus no stress on the lugs of the watch.

@@raysmyth8596 yes. The best thing. Is that everybody can get there own style and needs. Many options is good. Also i work with greases and organic solvents in a lab. Metal cleans easy. How easy is it to clean nato? And is resistent to chemicals? Cause i like to keep my watch on 24/7. Its why i try to minize platic on watch face. They Just cant handle what i do with the watch.

The grade depends on the models, but it’s usually grade 2. All Titanium grades are “good quality” but they have different properties
