Would look so good, but I do not think they are going to do it.

Tissot has only one issue. Their dials are too big

Just because it says "Swiss Made" on the dial does not mean you should buy it. Complete Garbage! They wont service a watch if it's ten years old, they refuse to change the battery saying it's not possible. Then try to sell you a new watch instead. Avoid this brand at all costs. $2K lost to a dead watch they cant service.

Which watch? 2k quartz tissot just sounds confusing for me. I have a prc200 sports quartz which is like 20 years old. I wear it for like 15 years or so, it's my father's watch, he was wearing it, diving in it, and so on, and then he presented it to me one day. And I can tell that it is nearly undestroyable. I was a kid and I dived in it for years (including 2 dives to Zenobia, like 30-40 meters deep) , I was fighting in it, I was testing it's durability every single day (not on purpose ofc). And it still runs, wears and looks nice! I'm really sorry to hear that they refused to repair your watch, maybe you should try to approach some independent authorized service and get the examination act for your watch and their official opinion on what causes watch to malfunction. Then apply to the full refund or repair with some legal procedure which is suitable for your country. In my country the independent examination act of authorized expert is more than enough to resolve situations like that for the most time.

This is odd. If it’s a quartz then a simple movement swap should keep it running. If it’s an automatic then the movement is an ETA that is easily serviced by Swatch Group or an independent watch maker. Something doesn’t add up with your story.
