Assalomu aleykum. Bugun tayyorlanishi oson, pishirish talab etilmaydigan, Tiramisu tortini tayyorlaymiz.

◼️ Retsept:
5 ta tuhum sarig'i
125 g ( 1\2 stakan + 2 osh q ) shakar
400 ml qaymoq ( 33% li )
450 g mascarpone cheese ( творожный сыр ) hona xaroratida bo'lishi kerak
1 choy q vanillin
1,5 stakan issiq qaynagan suv
2- 3 choy q kofe
36 ta ledy fingers pechenesi
Bu pechenelarni uy sharoitida tayyorlansa ham bo'ladi, keyingi videoda uni ham tayyorlanishini chiqaraman.
Ustiga kakao kukuni sepiladi ( shakarsiz, oddiy kakao )

Qolip deametri: 36x20 sm ( 12x8 inch )
.
Tayyor tortni muzlatgichga 6 soatga qo'yamiz.
.
◼️Ingredient:
5 large egg yolks
125g (1\2 cup +2 Tbsp ) sugar
400 ml heavy cream cold
425 g mascarpone cheese ( room temperature )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup + 1\2 cups hot water
2-3 tsp coffee
36 lady fingers cookies

Mold size : 36x20 sm ( 12x8 inch)
Put in the fridge for about 6 hours
Dust with cocoa powder
Egg yolks temperature 154-158 f ( 68-70˚c )
