Hello everyone,
finally, I have time to make a dessert I absolutely love!
Ingredients
3 egg whites
2 egg yolks
30 g / 1 oz of sugar
250 g / 8.8 oz of mascarpone cheese
40 ml of your favorite liquor (kids don't do alcohol 😉)
120 ml of coffee (better use instant coffee)
30 pieces of Savoiardi biscuits
100 g / 3.5 oz of chocolate (I use dark, it's not that sweet)
50 ml of heavy cream (33%)
2 tbls of cacao powder
