That search was pure and simple retaliation for AB telling him to take his hands out of his pockets! Notice how his gang members backed him up instead of intervening and telling the butthurt cop to stop. Earning the hate. Earning the hate. And earning AB another easy peasy claim for compensation. "Just want to have a conversation with you." What a lie! It was very clear from the get go that they wanted to enforce their personal feelings on you. With them being very willing to act unlawfully in doing so. As long as they asserted their frame and didn't allow you to assert yours. And that's one big reason (out of quite a few) as to why there's such a disconnect between them and us. And why they are hated so much. "You've gotta talk to us..." Again a great big fat lie! And this exposes another reason for them being so hated. Their lack of respect for our rights - such as the right to remain silent.

A farmer in Northants told me a story about the Police moving a camp of 'travellers' into the next county, and as soon as the last caravan crossed the line they stopped, went back and dragged the Police out of their cars and gave them a flogging.. And a Policeman told me that he was the only one from his Station who would drive through the local camp which had about 500 people living there, the rest were frightened of them.

This idea of suspicion from the police has to stop , this is getting out of hand , someone standing outside a police station and they immediately characterise it as suspicion. This needs drumming out of police , you don't police crime by going out and creating it yourselves. They essentially saw someone legally standing around and turned it criminal , that's like a traffic warden giving you a ticket for stopping at the traffic lights. Unbelievable that they have the cheek to accuse someone of being suspicious. If they think that why not watch on cameras before acting , how about waiting to see if a crime is committed before subjecting a member of the public to handcuffs. I totally agree and PC failed to seek "cooperation" of person before search takes place " code A3.2 before the search and went in with a "battery " using s.117 of PACE he now must explain WHY he used s.117 , (told to take hands out of pocket😭).... which must go on the search document , which I doubt will ,, either way, he is now down a rabbit hole , no exit and all the other PC's failed to intervene and are "liable " under Police Act 1996 ,, section 91,, (1) withhold his services, shall be guilty of an offence and liable-- (2) 2 years imprisonment & fine (3) Liability under subsection (1) for any behaviour is in addition to any civil liability for that behaviour ,, just a bunch of 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡, no way could they be a Crown servant as no Crown servant will behave in this manner ,,, geeeeeeez unreal , now we must 🙏 all the best 🙏

My point is... they may suspect any of the points listed in Section 1, theft, weapons etc, BUT on what grounds? Why do they suspect the offender falls under Section 1? They can say whatever reason stolen goods, dangerous weapons etc but I question WHY do you believe that. What has this guy done to give them reasonable cause? Respect is earned, treat members of the public with respect and it will be reciprocated. Do not treat everyone like the lowest common denominator. !!

Couple of years ago, while walking my dog before bed, I found a woman unconscious on a path near a local river. Called 999, asked for cops and an ambulance.
