    1. Scrap the snooze. Wake up immediately when your body cortisol tells you to wake. 2. Keep the carbs in balance. Keep the breakfast high in healthy fat and protein to keep carbs spikes in check. 3. Best time to drink the coffee with the breakfast or after the breakfast, not on an empty stomach. 4. Keep hydrated with water, instead of sparkling water to make sure you're hungry, not simply thirsty. 5. If you're really hungry, go for snacks like natural peanut butter and celery, a handful of nuts, hummus and cucumber, guacamole and carrots, yogurt with some fruits/veggies, small kombucha tea/drink for light drink 6. Sleep is really important, so try avoiding foods that disrupt sleep like alcohol.

I told my doctor I had way too much cortisol, that I had adrenal fatigue, he hadn't a clue what I was talking about, said he'd never heard of cortisol, he thought I was saying cortisone, the steroid.. that just goes to show how much doctors know about important health issues; sweet F all! They know how to push drugs that's what they know best.

Yea caffeine is a drug, its the poison in chocolate that kills dogs. Its actually a poison but humans overdose around 200+ mg, a cocacola has like 35 and mountain dew has like 50. Metabolises quickly is why it gives energy, the atp in the body are kicked into overdrive to neutralize the substance.

Just do the carnivore diet. Low carb is the way to go yes it sucks and for the first 2 months. After a while your body will thank you your skin your hair will feel so good. Not to mention to build muscle you lose lots of fat.

"cortisol is a hormone that helps us handle stress" No, wrong, and the video went down from there. Cortisol REACTS to stress, among 50 OTHER THINGS, in your body. It then does, about 100 things if your levels are too high OR EVEN TOO LOW. So no this video was terrible.

Avocado should never be eating in the morning to proven fact, especially for people on keto. They should only be eaten at lunchtime and if you do, I’m at dinner they should be very early dinner and dinner should be eaten at 6 PM in the later.
