Ойын-сауық
Cortisol is a hormone that helps us handle stress, but it can also have an impact on everything from your energy to sleep to even your weight. 1. Scrap the snooze. Wake up immediately when your body cortisol tells you to wake. 2. Keep the carbs in balance. Keep the breakfast high in healthy fat and protein to keep carbs spikes in check. 3. Best time to drink the coffee with the breakfast or after the breakfast, not on an empty stomach. 4. Keep hydrated with water, instead of sparkling water to make sure you're hungry, not simply thirsty. 5. If you're really hungry, go for snacks like natural peanut butter and celery, a handful of nuts, hummus and cucumber, guacamole and carrots, yogurt with some fruits/veggies, small kombucha tea/drink for light drink 6. Sleep is really important, so try avoiding foods that disrupt sleep like alcohol.
I wish they would have let Maria talk properly... they kept interrupting her and making assumptions. The information Maria was providing was quite important

Yea caffeine is a drug, its the poison in chocolate that kills dogs. Its actually a poison but humans overdose around 200+ mg, a cocacola has like 35 and mountain dew has like 50. Metabolises quickly is why it gives energy, the atp in the body are kicked into overdrive to neutralize the substance.
Interesting how similar the advice is to Huberman’s protocols

all grains ...corn, soy, barley, sunlowerseeds...seed oils...wheat, refined rice...ALL SHIT.....if you want to ear wheat germ its better....if you want rice, it should have the husk...if you want potatoes...it needs the peel...this way you get the fiber to balance the foods and have less trouble...but if starting a no carb diet...you need to go dark greens only at first...and for a while and skip ALL of this stuff.....now you can eat whole oats....i know from experience on a strict detox diet that this is okay...you can eat olives...you can eat bananas as long as you dont eat more than one or 2 a day....i highly suggest eating more citrus...WITH the pith to aid cleansing , collegen, and the acid will remove a lot of garbage like a cleanser and ease your bodies workload by clearing out your liver and kidneys...it will also increase and loosen bowel movements and clean your intestines
