I'm glad John touched on the issue with over preparing.

What a top bloke, can remember as a kid my dad cheering him on. Wasn't flash like Eric but top player.

Class over flash any day and Lowe is pure class, Bristow didn’t even have much flash compared to this man

Great fellow is John, had me pic' taken with him in Woking in the 80's after he played a m8 of mine, still remember the MFI 9 darter he did live on tv back in the day, go find it on you tube and then check out todays 9 darters, there was respect for the guys on the board back then, now theres just screaming and noise, great to see the great man is still about. unlike me pic'

A true legend and the best throwing action ever. He also is a double of my father when he was young and now lol.

This guy is wise. I watched an hour plus video on basically the history of darts, boards, and all the elements of picking darts…. Then after an hour plus he finally picked up one to throw. Learned a ton.

Sound advice from a legend! :)

You could have won a speed boat there John, had to take the gamble with them prizes though. Granted a speed boat won't get you far in chesterfield..
